Assessment Criteria

To ensure transparency and help you understand the Grant Application and Assessment Process, this document contains the three Assessment Criteria that Focus with Passion Assessors will use to evaluate your Grant Funding submission. 

Carefully review the criteria scoring and evaluation points.

Applicants should endeavour to provide responses relevant and aligned with the Assessment Criteria.

Scores: 

5 = Application meets Criterion at a high level

4 = Application meets Criterion well

3 = Application meets Criterion

2 = Application just fails to meet the Criterion

1 = Application largely fails to meet the Criterion

0 = Application completely fails to address Criterion

Indicators:

These indicators are designed to help you understand, in specific terms what is meant by each Criterion. Use these indicators to construct your score.

Has the Applicant provided a thorough and feasible Project Plan?

Indicators:

• The Project Description and the Projected Outcomes have been clearly described
• There is clear alignment between the Proposed Activities, the Project Milestones and the Projected Outcomes
• The Project as described, aligns with Focus with Passion's Grant Provision Objectives

Has the Applicant conveyed a real sense of who they are, their passion and why this Project is important to them?

Indicators:

• The Presentation Style is appropriate and clearly conveys the Applicant's Project Objectives
• The Video Recording, compilation, format, lighting and sound quality enhanced the Applicant's message
• The Applicant's Video demonstrated an understanding of how visual media can be used

Has the Applicant conveyed an understanding of what will be required to deliver the Stated Outcomes?

• The Project Timelines and Activities have been carefully considered and are realistic. 
• The Applicant has conveyed a sense that they can deliver the Project
• The Applicant has indicated they are willing to be supported in the delivery of their Project
